We ship all orders by Global Express Expedited Shipping, which is the fastest way to ship your product globally. It typically takes 3 -10 business days to arrive and is carried by one of the following global express shipping companies: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. They are major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. We have very good discounted prices from the couriers to save money.

Shipping Method --- We ship most orders by DHL, also use FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS sometimes.

When will I receive my order?

All of our items require processing time on top of the shipping time. Processing time can be as short as 24 hours, but for most orders is between 2-3 business days. Shipping time varies based on the country & region shipped to. It is between 3-10 business days by express international shipping.

Chinese holidays would affect the delivery time because our office and shipping carriers do not work. Deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-6 days. Please pay attention to our page notice of holiday dates. Just remind you long time holidays here:
* week Chinese National Day (Oct. 1, 2018) and
* weeks Chinese New Year (Feb. 5, 2018)

Please note that we can not guarantee shipping time for any order. In some cases, there will be other issues to affect the shipping time. Such as customs clearance procedures delay, bad weather etc. So if you need products uegently, please make order as early as you can.

Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.


Normally we make shipping invoice much less than real order value to help customers minimize or even completely avoid any possible import tax. If customs ask for the payment proof, we could make a fake order which amount is same with shipping invoice. You pay that order and show the payment record to customs. Of course, we will refund you the payment soon. If you want us to send your parcel with the full 100% value invoice or any exact value, please let us know. Also if anything we need to do with the shipping invoice to help you clear goods, please tell us before shipment.

How can I track my package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to the tracking website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email. 


You can also track your order in our page by following these steps:

1. Sign into “My Account" and click “My Orders", Click on the "order number" to view the order detail.

2. Click on the tracking number and a popup will appears to show tracking details.




Could I buy shipping insurance?

Yes, you could select to buy shipping insurance when you make order. Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost or damaged.
